Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about grooming, prices and visiting our Miami salon.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome Tuesday to Saturday before 2:00 PM. After 2 PM we still try to fit you in, depending on how busy the day is and your dog's size, breed and age. To guarantee a time, book online or call (305) 476-8980.
Can I walk in just for a nail trim?
Yes. Nail trims with Dremel or file are walk-in, Tuesday to Saturday before 2:00 PM, no appointment needed. We also do quick walk-in ear cleaning, anal gland expression and sanitary trims. See prices on our Services page.
How much does dog grooming cost?
A full groom starts at $85 for small and medium dogs and goes up to $185 for giant breeds. The final price depends on your dog's size, coat condition and behavior. You can see every price on our Services page.
Will I be charged extra without being told?
No. If your dog needs something extra, like treatment for a skin or ear problem, fleas or ticks, or severe matting, we explain it before we start, or we call you to approve it first.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes. We pick up and drop off dogs at home Thursday through Saturday, across most of Miami, including Coconut Grove and Coral Gables. We also offer weekly packages. Pricing depends on distance and breed, so call us to confirm your area.
Is your dog hotel cage-free?
Yes. We have run a cage-free dog hotel since 2009. Dogs stay without crates or cages, cared for by the same team that grooms them.
Do you groom senior dogs?
Yes. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are our Senior Dog Days, with a calm environment, priority attention and a call 20 minutes before pickup so older dogs wait as little as possible.
Are you open on holidays?
Our regular hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Holiday closures and special hours are posted on our Google Business Profile and social media, so please check there before visiting on a holiday.
